Each Rosevari is an independent build on a genuine Seiko automatic movement, finished by us — styled after iconic designs but sold as exactly what they are, not affiliated with any luxury brand.

How long until my watch arrives?

Built to order, so allow about 2 to 3 weeks from order to dispatch, then 2 to 3 business days delivery within Australia — tracked and insured.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on every order, Australia-wide. No minimum.

Can I return it?

Because each watch is built to order, we don't offer change-of-mind returns — but every Rosevari is covered by a 1-year warranty, and if anything arrives faulty or not as described we'll repair, replace or refund it.

What does the warranty cover?

A 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing faults in the movement, crystal, case and dial under normal use. We repair or replace.

Are the watches water resistant?

Rated 5 ATM for everyday wear — splashes and rain are fine, but not for swimming or diving.
