Orders

Every Rosevari watch is made to order to your chosen design and specifications. Because each piece is made for you, we have a lead time of 2–3 weeks from the date of order to dispatch. This covers assembly, quality control, pressure testing and final regulation, so your watch leaves us fully checked. All orders placed through our web store are subject to this lead time.

Shipping

We ship worldwide, and standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum — in Australia and internationally. Every order is sent fully insured and tracked, and you will receive a notification with tracking the moment your watch ships.

Australian orders are sent with Australia Post; after dispatch, delivery is typically 2–3 business days to metro areas, and may take longer to regional areas (subject to carrier conditions). A faster Express option is available at checkout.

International orders are sent with a tracked courier and typically arrive within 6–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs. Your country may charge import duty, tax or VAT when your watch arrives; these charges are set by your local customs authority, are outside our control, and are the customer’s responsibility. Import rules have changed in many countries recently, so we recommend checking your country’s current thresholds before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.
