How long does it take?

Each watch is made to order. Standard build time is 2, 3 weeks from order to dispatch, this includes assembly, quality control, pressure testing, and final regulation. You'll get tracking the moment it ships.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Every order is sent fully tracked and insured, with free standard shipping, in Australia and internationally.

Who is the carrier and how long is delivery?

Australian orders ship with Australia Post, after dispatch, delivery is typically 2, 3 business days to metro areas (subject to carrier conditions). International orders are sent with a tracked courier and typically arrive within 6, 12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs. Every order is tracked and insured.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum.

Will I pay import duties or taxes?

Inside Australia, no — the price you see is the price you pay. For international orders, your country may charge import duty, tax or VAT when your watch arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility. Import rules have changed in many countries recently, so please check your country’s current thresholds before ordering so there are no surprises on delivery.

Are the watches waterproof?

Our watches are rated 5 ATM for everyday use, splashes and rain are fine. They are not intended for swimming or bathing.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your watch for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn and in original condition with all packaging and the unused bracelet links. Email contact@rosevariwatches.com first with your order number; return postage is on you, and we refund in full once it passes inspection. Faulty or not-as-described watches are always covered, we repair, replace or refund and cover postage both ways, on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What warranty do you provide?

Every watch includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing faults in the movement, crystal, case and dial under normal use. Normal wear-and-tear, misuse, and water damage outside the rating are excluded. If something fails through no fault of your own, we repair or replace it. Want longer cover? Add our 2 Year Extended Warranty (A$50) at checkout, it extends protection for two more years after the standard year.
