The colours shown on our website are a digital representation of the watch models we carry. There may be a slight variation in the colour shades shown on the website with respect to reality. No returns will be accepted for this reason.*

Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you can return the order with a shipping company of your choice. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We only accept returns for our mistake of sending the wrong watch or watches broken during transport. It must be communicated within 24 hours of receiving the package, otherwise, we will not accept the return of the broken watch after 24 hours of receiving the package.*

We do not accept returns for wrong size or for your wrist being too small or too big for the watch. Before buying one of our watches, please make sure you measure your wrist. Each watch is assembled by hand and requires a completely handmade process. If you want to be sure that the watch will fit your wrist, please check our FAQ page.*

Rosevari Watches assumes no responsibility in the event of measurement error. Size correspondence may vary from person to person depending on wrist types and personal preferences.

Warranty and Guarantees

All Rosevari Watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty period covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any manufacturing fault, failure, or defect. This warranty does not cover any issues which arise from abnormal use as outlined below, even during the warranty period:

Damage from improper care or disregard for the listed specifications:

- Mechanical failure due to any sort of knocks and dents.

- Water damage due to improper use of the crown or not adhering to water resistance specifications as listed on product page.

- Damage or failure of quick set date function through inadequate mechanical care.

Superficial surface damage such as scratches, dents, and knocks that occur from regular use.

Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by any third-party person or company.

In the unlikely event that you are sent a defective or damaged watch, the Rosevari Watches 1-year limited warranty will cover the repair or replacement of your timepiece where eligible. To initiate a warranty claim request, please contact us at rosevari.watches@gmail.com

Upon approval of your warranty claim, please return your watch in its original packaging and make sure it is securely packed. (The customer will bear the cost of shipping to the requested address, but once the watch has been repaired, the customer will not have to pay any extra shipping costs).

Cancellation Policy

Customers are able to cancel their order at any time before it is shipped. However, due to the custom nature of each watch, cancellations are subject to a variable service fee deduction as outlined below:

Cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order:

- 10% service fee deduction to cover additional administrative fees

Cancellation anytime after 24 hours up until before order is shipped:

- 50% service fee deduction to cover cost of materials ordered and lost labour time

Additionally, if you wish to cancel your order in exchange for a different design, please get in touch with us at rosevari.watches@gmail.com and we will assist you in doing so. Exchange requests should be made within 24 hours of placing an order to avoid any additional charges. After 24 hours, your request may be subject to a service fee deduction to be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return and Refunds Policy

Unfortunately, with the custom built-to-order nature of our watches, we do not accept returns and refunds due to "change of mind".

However, your watch is covered by our Rosevari Watches 1-year limited warranty. If you receive an order that you suspect is damaged or defective, please contact us at rosevari.watches@gmail.com to initiate a warranty claim request.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if a watch is deemed faulty beyond repair after assessment. If a defect can be repaired, we will offer a repair or replacement as per our warranty policy.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
