The chronograph, blacked out and all business. The Seiko VK63 meca-quartz gives you the real chronograph pusher click with quartz accuracy: start, stop, and the seconds hand snaps back to zero. Deep black dial and registers, octagonal bezel with signature exposed screws, on a fully integrated stainless steel bracelet.
Most watches at this price spend the money on the logo. We spend it on the watch: a genuine Seiko VK63 meca-quartz chronograph movement, a sapphire crystal and 316L marine-grade steel. Every part named, nothing dressed up. Look as close as you like. It holds up.

The movement
Inside is a Seiko VK63 meca-quartz chronograph. Meca-quartz means a quartz timekeeper driving a mechanical chronograph, so the stopwatch hand snaps back with the instant flyback of a mechanical chrono while the timekeeping stays quartz-accurate. It is not an automatic, and we would rather say so.
Two things I would rather you heard from me first
Your watch does not exist yet. It is made to order, which is why it takes 2 to 3 weeks to reach you instead of 2 days. And because I build it to the spec you choose, I cannot take it back just because you changed your mind, so ask me anything before you order and I will tell you straight.
If it turns up faulty, damaged in transit or not the watch you ordered, email me your order number and a photo and I will repair it, replace it or refund it, postage on me both ways. After that, the 1-year warranty covers the movement, crystal, case and dial. Full details in the returns policy.

Stainless steel case and bracelet. Where more than one case size is offered, choose yours from the size selector above. Smaller sizes suit slimmer wrists, larger sizes wear with more presence. Every watch is made to order and ships in ~2–3 weeks with free worldwide shipping. Because each watch is built to the specification you choose, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Changed your mind before we start? Email us within 24 hours of ordering and we will cancel and refund you in full. If anything is wrong with your watch we fix it: a fault, transit damage or the wrong model is repaired, replaced or refunded, and we pay the postage both ways. Orders outside Australia may attract import duty, tax or VAT on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.

Is this a real watch or a fake?
It is a real watch and an original Rosevari build. Inside is a genuine Seiko automatic movement; the case, sapphire crystal and dial are parts we choose and stand behind. A fake is sold as the genuine article. Every Rosevari is sold openly as exactly what it is, a custom Seiko mod, with every part disclosed.
Is it automatic?
Every watch runs a genuine Seiko movement. GMT models use the self-winding NH34 automatic with an independently set GMT hand, datejust styles use the NH35 automatic, and chronograph builds use the VK63 meca-quartz. The exact movement for this watch is named in the specifications above.
How much does it cost?
This build is $349.00 AUD with free shipping. Prices are shown in Australian dollars for Australian customers, and there are no extra charges at checkout for AU orders.
