Rosevari Watches Ads Tool is an internal software application that connects to the Google Ads API to manage the advertising account belonging to Rosevari Watches. Its purpose is to read our own advertising performance data and to make routine adjustments to our own campaigns.

Rosevari Watches Ads Tool is a private, internal command line application. It is used by one person, the owner of Rosevari Watches, on a single computer. It is not a product, it is not sold or licensed, and it is not available to the public or to any other business.

What Rosevari Watches Ads Tool does

The tool connects to the Google Ads API to read and manage the advertising account belonging to Rosevari Watches, and only that account. Specifically it:

  • reads campaign performance, search terms and product performance reports, so we can see which advertising spend produces sales
  • adds negative keywords, so we stop paying for searches that have nothing to do with the watches we sell, such as watch repair and spare parts
  • adjusts maximum cost per click bids at the product group level, so products with different profit margins are bid on appropriately
  • reads and adjusts daily campaign budgets

Who can use it and what data it touches

The only user is the business owner. The tool touches one Google Ads account, which belongs to Rosevari Watches. It does not manage advertising for any client, customer or third party, because we have none. No Google Ads data is shared with anyone, and none of it leaves the computer the tool runs on.

Permissions it requests

The tool signs in with the Google account that owns our advertising, and asks for access to Google Ads, Google Merchant Center and Google Search Console, all of which are our own accounts. It stores its access credentials locally on that one computer.
