Description

Pale blue, hard black edge.

A light blue dial with a black bezel wrapped around it, on a metal link bracelet. It is a colder, sharper reading of a design that sits behind jeweller's glass and the black is what stops the blue from looking soft.

Movement	Seiko VK63 meca-quartz chronograph, date display, battery powered
Dial	Light blue
Bezel	Black
Bracelet	Metal link
Crystal	Sapphire
Water resistance	Everyday wear (splash-resistant, not dive-rated)

Quartz handles the timekeeping, so it is set-and-forget accurate. The stopwatch is a mechanical chronograph module: press the top pusher and the hand sweeps cleanly, press the lower one and it snaps straight back to zero.

The watch this design echoes sells for more than a hundred times this price, and a routine service on it costs more than this entire watch.

Someone will ask. Here is your answer. It is a homage. The movement is named in the specs above. You paid for the watch, not the name.

Say it exactly like that. There is no apology in it, because none is owed.

Order yours and start your build. You will get photos of your finished watch before it ships. Then you will get the watch.

Warranty and returns

You're paying for the watch, not the name.

Two things make a five figure watch five figures: what it is, and what it is called. The steel, the crystal, the movement, the dial work. That is the watch. The name, the boutique, the waiting list, a century of advertising. That is the rest. Rosevari builds the first part and leaves the second part out.

Happy customer.

Very happy with the overall experience and watch I purchased. Lived up to my expectations.

Beautiful watch exactly as described

Beautiful watch exactly as described. Customer service is very responsive. This was my 2nd of 3 orders so far. I referred a fraternity brother to the site, and he ordered a Day Date yesterday based off the Day Date I ordered. Excellent way to enhance your watch collection. Great watch for the price point.

Great product

Great product, looks and feels awsome.

Very happy with the whole process.
Thanks Jordan.

Guaranteed quality

Every watch passes strict multi-point QC before it ships, so you receive a timepiece you can trust.

One more thing, before you decide.

You have been looking at this one for a while. The watch it echoes sells for more than a hundred times this price, and a routine service on it costs more than this entire watch. This one has the movement named in the specs, and an answer you can give out loud when someone asks.

Questions, answered

Is it guaranteed? +

Yes. Every Rosevari carries a two year warranty against manufacturing faults in the movement, crystal, case and dial. Faulty, damaged or not as described within 30 days of delivery: we repair, replace or refund, and postage both ways is ours, anywhere in the world. After 30 days the warranty still covers you for the full two years; you cover the postage to us. Australian customers also hold consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which can last longer than any warranty.

What do I say when someone asks if it's real? +

Tell them what it is. A homage, with a genuine Seiko or Miyota movement inside, and you paid for the watch, not the name.

Is it legal to own and wear? +

Yes. Homage watches are legal to buy, own and wear.

Can I swim with it? +

Not as standard. Every watch is splash-resistant: rain, hand washing and everyday wear are fine, swimming, showering and diving are not. If you want it swim-safe, choose Swim-Ready (5 ATM) on this page, or Dive-Ready (10 ATM) on Submariners. It is sealed during the build, so it has to be chosen when you order. With any water rating, screw the crown down tight before the watch goes near water: an unlocked crown is the most common way a watch floods, and that is not covered by the warranty.

How long does it take, and what does shipping cost? +

Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum, and every order is sent tracked and fully insured. Your watch is built to order. Typically 1 to 2 weeks to build. After dispatch, most orders arrive in 6 to 12 business days worldwide, or 2 to 3 business days within Australia. You get tracking the moment it ships.

What if I change my mind, or something is wrong? +

Every watch is built to the specification you choose, so we do not take change-of-mind returns. If you change your mind before the build starts, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full, no questions asked. If it is faulty, damaged, the wrong model or not as described, you have 30 days from delivery and we cover postage both ways.

Why is this so much less than the watch it resembles? +

Because you are paying for the watch, not the name. Inside is a genuine Seiko or Miyota movement, under a sapphire crystal, in a 904L steel case. What you are not paying for is a century of advertising and a jeweller's showroom.

Will it fit my wrist? +

Most of our cases run 36mm to 41mm, which suits the majority of wrists. Our sizing guide matches your wrist measurement to a case size, and if you are between sizes email us before you order and we will tell you straight.

What comes in the box? +

Your watch, plus everything in the Collector's Kit at the top of the page. Every watch is also covered by our online Owner's Manual: how to wind and set your movement, size the bracelet, and what the water rating really means.
